Order Processing All Dual Lume products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times (after production)
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
